1. Introduction
Welcome to KAVIO™, a platform operated by Hadronlink Corporation (“KAVIO”, “Hadronlink”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:
- the KAVIO mobile application;
- the KAVIO web platform;
- the KAVIO website;
- and all related products, services, features, and technologies provided by Hadronlink Corporation.
By accessing or using KAVIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use KAVIO.
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
- all information provided is accurate and current;
- your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Platform Services
KAVIO provides a digital platform designed to support:
- professional networking;
- contractor coordination;
- workforce management;
- job assignment;
- operational workflows;
- property-related workforce coordination;
- communication and scheduling tools.
KAVIO may modify, expand, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
4. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- restricting unauthorized access to your account;
- all activities performed under your account.
You agree to notify KAVIO immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
5. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and SMS Communications
To improve account security, KAVIO may require Multi-Factor Authentication (“MFA”).
By registering for or using KAVIO, you consent to receive:
- authentication SMS messages;
- account security notifications;
- verification codes.
SMS services may be delivered through third-party providers such as Twilio.
Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply.
6. Location Services
Certain platform features may require access to device location information.
By enabling location services, you consent to KAVIO collecting and processing GPS or approximate location data.
7. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- impersonate individuals or organizations;
- submit false or misleading information;
- interfere with platform operations or security;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- upload malicious software or harmful content;
- use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
8. Intellectual Property
KAVIO™, associated logos, branding, platform features, and related intellectual property are owned by Hadronlink Corporation or its licensors.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Privacy
Your use of KAVIO is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Service Availability
KAVIO may experience interruptions, maintenance windows, upgrades, or technical issues.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hadronlink Corporation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of KAVIO after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
